Brief introductions of three layers composite PE pipe with inner Silicon-layer Production Line:

HDPE three layers composite pipe with inner Silicon-layer developed by Qingdao DEYILI Plastic Machinery is used for HDPE silicon-core pipe production. The main material is HDPE, and the inner layer is blended and modified HDPE and Silica gel. The whole line is made up of three extruders. HDPE three layers composite pipes with inner Silicon-layer are mainly used as protective covering tube for the protection of cables in telecom and network projects with great market prospect.

Features of Silicon core tube production line:
1.Extruder of pipe line: DC speed regulator and high performance BM type screw, spiral co-extrusion die-head.
2.Vacuum calibrator of HDPE pipe line: vacuum negative pressure calibrating and circulating spraying cooling system made of 24meter stainless steel
3.Haul-off unit of plastic pipe line: equipped with an automatic clamping system, frequency conversion for speed controlling and stable hauling off.
4.PLC control system of plastic extrusion machinery: realize programmed control of the temperature, extrusion amount, length set, haul-off and automatic printing.
